How long does it take to build a website?

Most projects go from discovery call to launch in 5 to 7 business days, depending on how quickly we get your content, photos, and feedback along the way.

Do I need to provide photos and a logo?

No. If you already have them, we'll use them. If not, we can source stock photography and help with basic branding as part of your project.

What areas do you serve?

We're based in New Market, Alabama, and serve small businesses throughout North Alabama, including Huntsville, Madison, Decatur, and Athens — plus remote clients nationwide.

What happens after my site launches?

We set up your Google Business Profile, confirm everything works correctly, and show you how to make simple updates yourself. From there, ongoing maintenance and SEO support are available whenever you want them.

Do you offer ongoing support?

Yes. Our maintenance retainer covers monthly updates, backups, and speed checks, and we also offer SEO, content writing, and email marketing to keep your site working for you long after launch.

Can you build me an online store?

Yes. We build custom stores with real inventory tracking and product tags, using Square to handle secure checkout and payment processing. You own the store outright, no monthly Shopify-style platform fee, just your normal Square processing rate.

Why isn't AI Automation a set price?

Automations are built around your specific workflow, so cost depends on what you need connected and how much logic is involved. We'll scope it on your call and give you a flat price before any work starts.
